Abstract

The E-BACO ontology defines a precise vocabulary for representing knowledge in the oenology domain.

The E-BACO-Tasting module contains the basic concepts, properties and relations for describing wines, the wine tasting and the pairing of wine and food.

It has been developed by the Complutense University of Madrid and the San Pablo CEU University.
